Welcome to Brisbane: Mt Coo-tha.
Mt Coo-tha is one of the most significant tourist areas of Brisbane. It offers a scenic drive around the mountain, a planetarium with a variety of NASA produced shows, a large botanic gardens, and a look out facing the CBD which allows you to see all the way down the Gold Coast on a clear day. If you can get up here to see new year eve its an interesting perspective as you can see fireworks happening in the different areas. The restaurants at the lookout also offer a range of food and drinks that compliment the views.
