Shipping policy

  1. Processing Time: all orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time varies per country, however we will aim to select the fastest express postage option we have available.
  3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation message and tracking number to your phone or social media account, via email  once the order has been posted. 
  4. Customs, duties and taxes: Jisu Sang, Ddasuhan Studio and ddasuhan  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)
  5. Damages: Items are always shipped with insurance, however if damages occur during the shipping and delivery process we will work with you to do our best to ensure the insurance policies of the postal system are honored.
