Welcome to Brisbane: visiting La Dolce Vita
Share
So I've decided to go back to Brisbane for a tourist visa to check out some of my favorite beautiful places. I'm planning to draw up these places in my new book coming out in 2026.
La Dolce Vita (Italian for "the sweet life"/"the good life") located at 20 Park road, Milton, Brisbane QLD 4064, Australia, is true to its name. The coffee and cakes are sweet in a very good way, and the interior and exterior design of the place has got to be the most European inspired café in the city. My guide tells me he once saw the then Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark pull up here late at night in August 2017. My guide said maybe he was feeling a tad homesick or just had a late night craving for some cake. So if it's good enough for King of Denmark (crowned in 2024) it's good enough for everyone.

So if you're visiting Brisbane, I can't recommend this place enough for a quick coffee stop, especially if you're on your way to Mt. Coo-tha.
Sincerely,
